You can Email Your Guide, Susan Eckert
Like all of the Guides at About.com, I too am a real person, which means that you can contact me.
Send email to racerelations.guide@about.com.
Please be aware that most About.com guides are inundated with emails and so it may take a few days to respond, but it is my goal to read through each and every email I receive, so just make sure it's related to the race relations topic and you'll get a response.

- Q. What is the purpose of this site?A. The Race Relations site on About.com aims to provide timely and current information regarding issues and events depicting the state of race relations today. In addition, it aims to serve as a comprehensive, one-stop shop for resources and recommendations for those interested in learning more about race and its historical and current influence in our communities, places of work and day-to-day lives.
- Q. Who are you?A. As the Race Relations guide on About.com, I am your contact as well as the primary source for content, tutorials, and resource links. I am also a diversity trainer, author of the book Intercultural Communication, and an American of multiracial/multicultural heritage. You can access my bio here.
- Q. What is the difference between race and ethnicity and do you address both on your site?A. Visit our essentials pages and learn the distinction between race and ethnicity. You can also read the article on culture and explore the relationship between the three terms. Although this site is devoted to a discussion of race, many of the issues presented here will also pertain to ethnic and cultural difference as well.
- Q. How do I report a broken link, submit a new link, or get my articles published on your site?A. Please email me and I will fix any broken links and consider your suggestions for directly relevant links and/or content. I also welcome and look forward to your original content/article submissions (with bylines). You must own copyright of the material. Again, remember that guides are often inundated with email, so it may take me a few days to respond.
- Q. So what is your direct email?A. I can be reached at racerelations.guide@about.com. Thank you for visiting our site! I look forward to your contributions and participation.
