Your Nominations for Race Relations Stories of the Year

By December 12, 2012

Follow me on:

The year 2012 is almost over. That means it's the time of year when I rewind and list the top race relations stories of the past 365 days. The 2012 presidential race, the Trayvon Martin shooting and the shooting at the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin definitely make my Top 7 list. But what are your thoughts on what else should make this list? Perhaps Gwyneth's Paltrow's N-word controversy, Zoe Saldana's casting as Nina Simone or Jeremy Lin's rise to fame in the NBA?

Send in your nominations for the race relations stories that personally touched you or the ones you simply couldn't avoid hearing about. They can be stories you read about here or elsewhere. Once I've received your suggestions, I'll finalize my list and post a link in this blog post. Thanks for visiting my site this year!

Good post. I learn something totally new and challenging
on blogs I stumbleupon everyday. It’s always interesting to read content from other authors and practice something from other websites.

I tend not to leave a lot of comments, however i did some searching and wound up here Your Nominations for
Race Relations Stories of the Year. And I do have some questions for you if it’s allright. Could it be only me or does it appear like a few of the responses come across like written by brain dead visitors? :-P And, if you are writing on additional places, I would like to follow everything fresh you have to post. Could you make a list of all of all your public pages like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
